Easement and Right of Way Agreements
This form allows a property owner to grant the right to cross a portion of his or her property to
another person. Such an easement is also referred to as a right of way. After the form is
completed, signed, and notarized, it must be recorded in the clerk of court’s office in the parish
in which the property is located.
PLEASE NOTE: The Right of Way Agreement form must be printed on legal size paper.
