also goes beyond gaming! In fact, you earn points
every time you use your card for any game play or any
purchase at Turning Stone (including Golfing, Dining
and Spa visits), YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place
Casino, The Lake House, Maple Leaf Markets and
SavOn Convenience Stores.
The higher your Tier Level, the more benefits you
receive! (Earning periods are recalculated every
six months).
Best of all, the points you earn can also be redeemed
for any purchase at any of our properties!
HOW TO EARN AND REDEEM YOUR POINTS
To Earn More: When gaming, insert your TS Rewards
Card into the slot machine or present it to the cashier
at a table or in the Bingo Hall. Beyond gaming, present
your card for any purchase at any of our properties.
To Experience More: Present your card to cash
in your points for Dining, Accommodations, Golf,
Retail Purchases, TS Rewards Gallery Merchandise,
Turning Stone Salon and Spa Services and tickets for
The Showroom and Event Center, Maple Leaf Markets,
SavOn Convenience Stores and more!
• Participation in the TS Rewards Program shows
acknowledgment and acceptance of TS Rewards Cardholder
guidelines and requirements.
• TS Rewards Cardholder must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid photo identification (driver’s license, non-driver’s ID,
passport or Oneida Nation Member ID) is required for
participation in TS Rewards Program.
• Valid photo identification (driver’s license, non-driver’s ID,
passport or Oneida Nation Member ID) must be presented
for all redemptions at any outlets.
• Program benefits, points and oers are not transferable to
another account.
• TS Rewards Program participation authorizes us to initiate
contact with cardholder using account information.
• Management reserves the right to adjust cardholder points and
Free Play balances if applicable.
• The TS Rewards Card is only for the issued cardholder.
Card cannot be used by another individual. Fraudulent use
will result in revocation and loss of amenities and benefits.
• Participation in the TS Rewards Program may be excluded at
management discretion; members must supply TS Rewards
Card upon request.
• Ruby, Onyx, Sapphire and Prestige cards will be eective for
a six-month period.
• We are not responsible for any cashable vouchers left in a slot
machine, or otherwise lost and/or stolen.
• We reserve the right to revise or cancel this program at any time
without prior notice.
